Origami Kangaroo help?

I dont use grasshopper a lot, and i was given instructions by someone for how to fold a 2d mesh. I was hoping to use this to create the 3d object in the image below....   

I attached my script and an image of the rhino file. If anyone could please tell me how i could get this to work, I would be so grateful.

For the rhino part i was told to create a 2d plane, then draw the fold lines onto this, use those lines to split the plane, then join these triangles created from splitting the plane, then create one mesh from this. I then put the lines (valley and mountain folds) and the mesh into the following script but nothing much is happening when i use grasshopper/kangaroo. 

Is anyone able to help me to get this to fold the way i want it to?  Assuming there is something that i have forgotten to do or i have done something wrong.
