Orientation problem AGAIN

hey .,..

ive been asking alot i know im just tired i did what mr.Pep Tornabell said but it didnt work for me

there is something strange i have my geometry difinition ready with interactor point ...

i only need to apply it on a curvature so it follow the crvature surface and also be interactive with the point...

please someone help me , im not noob in grasshopper i tried many things but it hard to understand where is the problem !!

please before answering check my file attached above, so you understand the situation

i need it to be that way so it interact with the point, i dont want to bake it YET

there  must be something essential im missing so please can anybody help ?
