Orientation of surfaces

Hi all,

   I am trying to make leaf pavilion for my project. I like to orient the leaves back to one another along curve shape, but I could not acheive it because when I use orient command in Gh it is forming multiple orientations which is not am looking for. And also the shape of the leaves is changing with varying heights along the curve. So my question is as follows:

1. I like to orient the leave surfaces back to one another.

2. I like to have a uniform shape of leave surfaces along the varying heights.

So can anyone help me with it. Am attaching my work along with the post. looking forward for help
