Orient object perpendicular to curve

Hi guys,

This must be very simple but I am stuck.. just want objects align with the rail line like the top left img, how do I rotate the Pframe 90 degree? try OX but it doesnt rotate 90 degree according to existing frame. Thanks!

Drop the 'World XY' and connect the 'Perp Frames' directly to the 'Orient Target (B)' input:
