algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Orient issue rotation

hello I have a pair of simple questions:

When I want to use Orient component into a rectangular grid my elements just have 122 items and my grid 126 how can avoid the repeated elements into the last points? 

The other fact is why my geometry results in random orientation instead xy plane.

1) with [Shortest List] component.

2) Becouse you are giving a bad reference plane using a point, instead of a plane oriented with geometry.
