Optimizing position curves according to a reference curve

Hello everybody,

I have two curves and a reference curve.

My goal is to optimize two curves position according to my reference curve. I just want a minimum distance between my two curves and my reference curve. And two curves must be located above my reference.

If someone has an idea ...
