Open Brep problem

Hi!
I'm new to grasshopper and have a problem with the Trim Solid Component.
Both inputs are closed Breps but the output is not.
I've tried to cap the holes and merge faces but still the same problem.

It seems to be easy but I'm not familiar with the logic of grasshopper.
