Offseting voronoi due to attractor curves

Hi, 

I am trying to create a definition, where there is an offset which behaves exactly like the one shown in the "landscape pattern" definition, but with a set of different curves, for this I tried getting the distance between the center of the voronoi cells and the curves, but when i get these distances, I'm not really sure why all my factor to which I am scaling are 1.0, so there is no change, 

What I'm trying to accomplish is getting the scale to be smaller as you get closer to the curve, and as you move farther from it, the cells should get bigger.
