Offset points along curve from divided points

I think Vector > Point > Point Oriented is what you're looking for.

Hi Ethan,

Thanks for your quick reply and the grasshopper file!

Unfortunately, this only offsets the points from the divided points in a specified direction. As seen in the image below, the point to the bottom of the screen offshoots the curve.

I'm hoping the offset points can "hug" the curve, like in the image below (mocked up in Photoshop):
