Offset Grafts Always

Dunno if this is for a specific reason, but it seems strange that no matter what list is input into offset curve (even just a flat list of 2 lines) outputs as a grafted list.

Yup, a curve offset can result in multiple output curves for a single input curve. Even when in most cases it doesn't, the way the component treats data structures must still remain consistent.
