Notching Problem | Fabrication

Hi everyone,

I am just a Beginner of grasshopper recently!
What I suffer is the obstacle on definition of notch generation in fabrication !

Pls find the attached definition that one direction of strips work on the generation of notch through the manipulation of "path mapper" , another direction doesn't work because of the accidental shift of data !

Looking forward for the valuable suggestion on the solution!
