Notches Problem (Quick to Solve...)

Hello,

I'm a design student and I nead this code for my project. 

I generate all of  the code and just at the end I have a little bug... i nead to generate notches to assemblate some strata (See my magnificient paint explaination :p).

At the end I nead to bake all of my shape in Rhino.

But  I've Two problems:

    . I don't understand why I can generate all of the notches correctly??? (box called "Strange" at the extreme right of my GH)

    . At the end when I select the good box two bake. all of the strata are selected but when I bake just the first one is baked?
