NORMAL on polysurface

Hello, all~

Can anybody tell me how to tweak SURFACE CP COMPONENT from my file in order to find the normal of sample points which generated by DIVIDE LENGTH COMPONENT.

Form my model, even if number of sample point is 107, Surface CP generate 2175*107 normal. Any ideas to get only 107 normals from SURFACE CP COMPONENT which would be used to generate circles.
