Noob How to? A profile

How would you go about building a profile LIKE the one I uploaded in grasshopper?

I have attached the profile I have created so far but I am pretty much stuck at creating any sort of complex curve...So I guess my question is how do I create something like this?

Hi Felyx,

how is your profile defined? You cannot just make a wiggly curve, you need to know the steps it takes to create this. For example:

1) start with a horizontal line [x] units in the positive x direction
2) from the end of this line create an arc which has a perpendicular tangent and a sweep angle of [a] degrees
3) form the end of that arc create a vertical line ....

and so on and so forth.

There are plenty of curve tools available. You can choose to create segments and join them together. Or you can choose to create regions and perform boolean operations on those.
