newbie paneling help

hi guys i am new to grasshopper and i am trying to create a skin for one proyect  something similar to the pictures, in essence what i want is a skin consisting of hexagons with certain porosity but this hexagons must be controlled by the amount of solar radiation in the facades so in certain parts there would be no panel and just some kind of frame or mullion

any thoughts in how to achieve this are welcome
