Yes. Select the components you wish to bake into rhino and either:

1) Select Bake from the Solution Menu

2) Right Click on the component and select bake (this gives you the extra ability to select a layer in Rhino)

3) or use the Middle Mouse Button click to get the Radial Menu up with the Bake option. If using the Radial Menu method with more than one component selected make sure you are in an area of blank canvas otherwise it will deselect everything except the component in the target.

 

EDIT: the methods described above are for version 0.8.0050 or later
