Nest "rings" fill inside holes

Hi!

I'm new to the forum, I need help to nest a series of "rings", unfortunately RhinoNest doesn't fill inside holes. Is it hard work to write a script for it? Any idea to do it?. I do not have much knowledge in programming (Some VB.NET). I try in Grasshopper but the process is endless. The attachment is just a simplified example.
