need Little help with data trees

Hi,
attached are 2 files (rhino and grasshopper) for a small series of lamp shades I'd like to do in our place.

I've generated points and 2x as many points on every second level.
So that triangles created can go from point 1,2 on the first layer to 2 on the second layer.
Than 2,3 on the second to 2 on the 3rd.any help will be highly appreciated .
