Need help with nearly finished connectors and tubing Python script please!?

Hello,

I've written a GH/Python script that produces parametric junctions/connectors (red) with their corresponding tubes (light green) for a series of interconnected input curves:

The script seems to work in most cases, but sometimes it doesn't provide the lines for a few tubes and I can't seem to figure out why (bigger, dark green pipes)?!

Like already mentioned, I input interconnected curves into the Python container and evaluate where connections or tubes have to be placed. Everything can be customised with length, radius and other parameters.

I'd be glad if somebody could take a look?
