Need help! Region Union runtime??

Hi guys,

I am in need of some desperate help...

I've been fiddling with this issue for the past 3 hours and haven figure it out.

I had it working the night before but when i woke up this morning the script got abit odd and threw 1 of my points away...after reinserting back the point I have issued with the Region Union Component.

The file is too large to put on this forum.

The attached photo shows the Runion does not work when i have a radius of 6 but allows for 4.85(exactly, anything more or less makes it unable to work)

How can i rectify this? or the cause of it?
