need help for install and load grasshopper

but under my properties menu

there is no such thing like a "unblock" button or "advanced" button

If I directly drag the grasshopper.rhp file to the rhino window

it would show something like this:

I have tried to re-install rhino and grasshopper for a million times.

Really needs help here
