algorithmic modeling for Rhino

need help completing the Palazzetto dello sport

Attached is my genotype and an image of what I need help on.
 
1. I need to create the legs that hold the dome of the Palazzetto Dello Sport up
2. I need to create a ring that connects all the top points and all the bottom points.  
 
I'm working on it but can't seem to get it to work correctly, any and all help is greatly appreciated.

I will leave the bottom leg part to you :-)

it should be easy after you understand the whole file.
