NEED HELP: creating software to interface between GH and a 3D printer

Hello,

I need to create some software to interface between GH and the printer. This software would establish a connection with the printer and then listen to GH and pass Gcode commands on to the printer. Anyone knows how to do this because I have no idea how to start.
