Move points from image sampler

Hi everyone,

I am trying to extrude thelines of a 2D planar structure by an image sampler (see attached image "reference" ).
I can extrude the points and create lines among them (image 2), but than I am not able to create the surfaces that finally would compose the 3D model like in the "reference" image i have attached.
Can someone help me?
The point is that i have used the command "removeDuplicatePts" to use the image sampler but after it became more difficult to interconnect among them the right points.

If someone has some suggestion it would help me a lot.
