Move geometry to point + have it oriented so it is tangent to a curve

I'm creating grandstands and I came across a problem that I can't solve.

I have curves (representing the different levels for the rows) and, on those curves I have points where I will like to locate my geometry, my seats, (which basically consist on two surfaces, one vertical and the other horizontal).

What I want to do is to repeat the geometry on each point of my curves and orient this geometry so it is tangent to the curves (this will allow me to change the geometry of my curves and still have those seats orientes so they look towards the field).
