Move a crosspoint of hexagons up with a point grasshopper

Hi!

I'm struggeling with this particular excercise, I'm trying to make a kind of intertwined skelet-structured roof. There are two grids of hexagons on top op eachother, at the crosspoint of these grids I want to move the crosspoint of the first grid up and the crosspoint of the second grid down. With gumball it's not that hard but I have to use grasshopper to accomplish this. I attatched the file and as an example of what I want I used gumball so you can see what I mean. It would be awesome if someone could help me with this asap!! thankyou very much in advance!!

Ahh yeah awesome that's almost what I wanted!! the only thing is that all the red lines have to go down at the same crosspoint as the black ones go up. so on the crosspoint I attatched, could you please do that for me??

Kind Regards and thanks a lot!

Hi, me again :)! I'm trying to find the highest of two points lying on top of eachtother. I think you have to deconstruct points and then use a test, but I can't figure it out. Could you please help me?? Thankyou very much in advance!!

I attached some files to make it clearer, I want to make a railing which is attached to the highest points of the hexagonshaped roof.
