Morph pattern into surface

I have some problems  in the script of  Morph Islamic pattern to the surface

1- Morph the Islamic pattern to the surface  I try some efforts in the script but I failed in the end  

2- I want to make attractions points in the polyline of islamic pattern but the attraction happen in the shape of pattern
