Moebius strip

A Möbius strip of half-width W with midcircle of radius R at height z = 0 as shown in Figure attached can be represented parametrically by the following set of equations (Weisstein, 2009) attached. May i ask that this equation (Weisstein, 2009) is represent MINIMAL SURFACE of Moebius strip? Thank you.
