Modify True False Pattern

Hi all!

I'm trying to modify true false list of a 'larger' key, i.e. i want to change every 'true' which is two after a 'false' to be a false, while the original false to be a 'true'.

P.S. what is the difference between 'cull pattern' and 'dispatch'?

[Cull Pattern] removes all undesirable items.

[Dispatch] creates two separate lists one Desirable Items and the other Un-desirable
