Modify Delaunay Surface

HI.
I have a Delaunay  triangulation  with points createde by me. I would like first  to be able to control the movement of these points  alond the surface created. Ans then be able to move the points along the curves in order to modify the surface. CAN ANY BODY HELP PLEASE...... I will realy apreciate it!!
