Modification question: How to modify existing .ghx definition from square grid to polar grid?

Hello,

I am very new to grasshopper and I am trying to draw something that builds off of this existing grasshopper tutorial/definition:

Point Concentration Tutorial

Basically, I want to repeat this idea of a point concentration, but with a polar grid instead of a square grid.

Additionally, I'm curious how then I might further experiment with box, triangular, or diamond variations of that polar grid within the same point concentration idea.
