Model making scale 1/100 of the stuttguard pavillion

Hello, 

I am trying to make a model of this pavillion after modeling it as such.

1- How can I unravell the entire voronoi structure in rhino so that all of the modules are stuck together in one connected sheet? 

(preparing the file ) 

2- what is a good material to use if I want to make a 1/100 version of my pavillion that resembles the one in stuttgart.

I have tried using mazonite board for the structure and thread for the openings but it would break with the tension of the thread. also the module does not become planar anymore. any suggestions?
