meteonorm data to .epw

I have two separate but related questions regarding EPW files:

I am wondering how you export data from Meteonorm into a format that can be interpreted by Ladybug. I am trying extract data such as dry bulb, relative humidity, and rainfall of various cities throughout the US and it appears the data is not being interpreted correctly. Does anyone know how to export the data and get it to work.

I am mostly having issues with data relating to liquid precipitation depth. The files I downloaded from the DOE website seem to be missing data in this category. It appears the data is not in the file at all. Has anyone run across this problem or how why I cannot get the information to display within grasshopper. The data is displaying for the temp., humidity, and other variables but not rainfall.
