matching data

I want these points to all be in same order on the tree so if they are in column one. to go from 1,2,3,4,5,6, and if they are in column 2 but some items are missing from column to start on the appropriate number... so instead of starting on 0 , the numbering in the tree starts on 7 ...
same thing on the row situation... so if the table is offset the columns know to join the appropriate data tree... thanks! e
