mapping objects based on an attractor to a tower

I have built this tower 3.png in gh with mesh panels, the panels don't seem to work, as they have joined, not sure what went wrong. 

I have also built these louvre 4.png like shapes that rotate at their own centre based on an attractor. 

Im trying to put these louvres on my tower, to rotate on their individual axis based on an attractor. I have attached my gh file with both scripts. Any suggestions on how i could achieve this?
