mapping contour into squares

Hello again. i'm trying to define an area of contour into each squares for modelling purpose. The router machine allows 300 x 300 materials and i wanted to to do 1:200 set of models of the contour and piece them together. 

At this stage i managed to scale the contour and adjust the size of the squares.

I don't know how to define contour surface to each squares that can allow me to select them one by one for modelling.
