Mapping attraction points of circles onto a surface

Hi all,

Basically what i want to accomplish is to map the attraction points with curves of circles on to a surface i have already created.

I've already went to tutorials to create this attraction points with curves of circles but was unsuccessful in mapping the circles onto the surface that is aligned with the surface.

I just want the circle attraction definition to be mapped and aligned to the surface.
