Mapping a built element to specific dimensions

Bare with me because im not certain im going to explain too well.

What i am trying to do is create a series of elements (file- Fin single.3dm) which need to be morphed and reshaped to fit the curves created from the grasshopper file (fins.gh) when run using data from the rhino file (fin experiements.3dm)

If i were to simplify it, i believe what i am looking to do is morph an element within a set parameter.

Any help would be appreciated as im at my wits end with it
