Manipulate Variable façade panels(morphing)

I had come across a architecture parametric design video and interested to learnt how to morph and manipulate the parametric design that is shown below. Does anyone know how to do it?  I am only able to dispatch and morph 2 types into the wall panels. It is challenging archive the effect of see the facade change according to the sun angle...
