Managing Geo Coordinate Formatting

Hi everyone,

I have what I hope is a fairly simple question about managing the formatting of geo coordinates.  

I've been using a few different plugins for dealing with GIS data and they all seem to offer and require different formats for writing coordinates.  For example, Mosquito gives twitter locations in {latitude, longitude} while gHowl requires {longitude, latitude, altitude} for the "Geo to XYZ" component.

I have been exporting .csv files to excel to reformat them as needed, but I was wondering if there's a way to manage this directly in grasshopper.  I've attached the .GH and .xlsx.
