Mahanakhon Pixel tower

I'm recently trying to recreate the facade of this tower using GH. But I'm struggling to figure out a way to define a line that flows along the facade of building, and after I define the line, how can I define the shape (cube for example) that would flow along the line with varying depths along the surface.
