Maching Rhino and Grasshopper Brep Custom Mesh Settings

Hello Everyone

Does anyone know a way to match the Custom Mesh setting in Grasshopper to those of Rhino as not all the options are available in either menu. Or is it only something that can be done though running the rhino mesh command in a script.
