Lunchbox Panel size anomaly

Hi all,

I posted this on the Lunchbox specific forum, but am not getting any responses, so I thought I'd try here.  I am using LunchBox to create panels. on simple 4 sided surfaces based off of an extrude.  Sometimes I need the panels to orient 90 degrees from the original orientation, so I deBrep and use the resulting edges to create another surface to apply the panel to.  The resulting panel increases in size by a small percentage, which I cannot seem to figure out.  Can you take a look at the attached to see if you can find out what is happening?  The image shows the panel getting larger (compare to the rulesurf between the curves) Alternatively, is there an easier way to reorient the direction of LunchBox panels?  Thanks.
