Loop to connect closest points on a mesh

Hi guys,

I'm having a problem with the Loop function. Basically I am having a mesh with a couple of attractor points which I activated with force from kangaroo.

After that I populated the mesh to get points on it which I want to connect with lines, always following the next closest point. Because I dont want the line to always go back and forth between the first two points I have to cull the start point from the list so it searches for the next one available. 

The goal is to use a loop for that to create something like a growing structure. My problem is that its drawing the first two lines but after that it doesnt continue. I have the feeling that I have to use the population coming out of the cull somehow into the loop, but I cant manage to make it work. 

Would be awesome if you guys have any idea to help me!!
