Looking for a solution for a building facade

so i'm a beginner
i'm working on a facade and i try to generate some
various component on it. i have 2 solutions
_ at my level i suceed in making a facade with 2 components on it but i want more to make it more complex (and i don't know how)

_ is it possible to parameterize my component and get various behaviour on my facade due to the num slider i use.
