Lofting Brep intersected curves.

hi, first post on the forum (also beginner in GH) so please tell me if my question is to vague or can be found somewhere else etc..

I have two surfaces, one is the original loft and one is the offset of the loft. It is subdevided and i have pipes on curves that I created in between the points of the subdivided corners.
I intersect the pipes with the two surfaces using the BRep/BRep intersection. then I want to loft those curves but the loft turns red.. What am I doing wrong? Is it impossible to loft intersected curves?
