algorithmic modeling for Rhino

loft problem

hello everyone!

i am trying to loft between two rectangles as shown in the attached image. i have also uploaded the .gh file for reference. any help would be appreciated. i am basically trying to attempt the chair family mentioned in beta's discussion at http://www.grasshopper3d.com/forum/topics/help-7?commentId=2985220%...
