loads on mesh

hello,

i have this mesh that i've created and i want to check if the load on z axis is optimal.

i've tried both kangaroo and karamba but i'ts my first time using them and i don't really know what to do.

how do i check if the mesh is responding well to the forces and if the load transfer to the ground is good?
