Larger Than Component & 0

I'm trying to select some objects which are not on a specific axis, by finding their center-points and sorting based on those point's coordinates. For example, a line with end points [-5,5] would be selected, but the line [0,0] would not be. My method is to select the segment with endpoints which have non-zero values for their x or y value. 

However, it seems the Larger Than or Equal To component is a little beyond my understanding here. The same result is given when the last output is connected to the ... or Equal to.

I'm not sure what I'm missing, but would greatly appreciate any help.
