Ladybug Thermal Analysis out of memory

hi,

I have created a brick wall in Rhino, and I am using Grasshopper and Ladybug to try to analyse the thermal radiation of the wall. 

However, Rhino says it is 'out of memory', or it keeps loading infinitely.

I have tried closing everything and restarting. and I have tried using different computers, but still no results.

How can I resolve this?
